I am someone who takes real satisfaction in doing things properly. I am happiest when I am creating, improving or problem solving, especially when it helps other people or makes something work better than it did before. I tend to give my all to whatever I am working on, pushing ideas, products or processes as far as they can reasonably go in pursuit of the best outcome. What motivates me most is impact. Knowing that I have helped someone, strengthened a service or raised the standard of what a team delivers is what keeps me engaged and energised.
